Casey S. Elliott
Casey Elliott is originally from Wilson County, North Carolina. Casey graduated Valedictorian from E. T. Beddingfield High School in 2010. She also graduated Valedictorian in 2014 from Campbell University where she majored in Mathematics, Information Security, and Information Technology Management. While attending Campbell University, Casey was captain of the basketball team.
She received her J.D. from Campbell University School of Law in 2017. Casey started her own firm in 2017. Her areas of practice include real estate transactions, estate planning, contract planning, estate administration, civil litigation, and business formation and negotiations. In her free time, she enjoys hunting, fishing, boating, and spending time with family. Casey looks forward to serving the communities in eastern North Carolina.
Jill N. Rich
Jill is from Pasquotank County, North Carolina and has been a North Carolina State Bar Certified Paralegal for over eight years. She is a United States Veteran having honorably served for six years in the United States Navy.
Jill has a Bachelor of Science degree and Associate of Arts degree from the University of Phoenix, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She received her Post-Baccalaureate Paralegal Technology diploma from Carteret Community College. She is also a North Carolina Notary Public. She is married to Thomas Rich and has two sons, Shawn and Caleb.
Shawn C. Rich
Shawn is new to our team! He is the welcoming face that greets you at our Morehead office, and the voice on the phone when you call. Shawn is getting to know the legal business in between his studies.
